By booking a trip, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the separate Booking Policy, which covers deposits, instalments, and cancellations.

2. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Your package includes services as described in your itinerary (accommodation, meals, game drives, transfers, etc.).

Items not included (visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, vaccinations, tips) are the traveller’s responsibility.

3. Travel Insurance

All travellers must have personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip delays, lost luggage, and evacuation.

Frá Ís til Safari is not responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.

4. Travel Documents

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months)
  • Required visas (e.g., Kenya eVisa)
  • Vaccination requirements
  • Correct personal information

Denial of boarding due to missing or incorrect documents will not result in a refund.

5. Health & Safety

Travellers must follow instructions from guides.

Frá Ís til Safari is not liable for injuries resulting from ignored safety rules.

Wildlife sightings and natural events cannot be guaranteed.

6. Behaviour & Group Rules

Frá Ís til Safari may remove any traveller who:

  • Endangers the group
  • Acts aggressively
  • Breaks local laws
  • Disrespects local culture

No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Responsibilities of the Travel Agency

Frá Ís til Safari is responsible for:

  • Accurate itinerary information
  • Booking services as described
  • Licensed guides and safe transportation
  • Managing issues during the trip
  • Ensuring health and safety standards

The company is not responsible for:

  • Airline delays
  • Lost luggage
  • Weather conditions
  • Wildlife sighting unpredictability
  • Customer errors with visas/passports

8. Complaints

Issues must be reported immediately during the trip for resolution.

Formal complaints must be submitted within 14 days after returning to Iceland.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Icelandic law and EU travel package regulations.
