Day by Day Itinerary
Mombasa → Tsavo East National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your beach resort along the Kenyan coast in Mombasa. You will then drive inland towards Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest and most iconic parks.
Upon arrival, check in at your safari camp and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive, exploring the vast red-dust plains of Tsavo East. The park is famous for its “red elephants,” colored by the park’s rich soil, as well as its dramatic landscapes and the legendary history of the man-eating lions.
Continue with game viewing until evening before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.
Full Day in Tsavo East
Start the day with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active. After breakfast, continue with a full-day exploration of Tsavo East with packed lunch.
Discover the park’s unique features including open savannah, the Galana River, and a wide variety of wildlife such as elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species.
Return to camp in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
Tsavo East → Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, depart Tsavo East and drive towards Amboseli National Park, located at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Return to camp for breakfast, check out, and begin your journey back to Mombasa. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your beach resort, marking the end of your memorable safari experience.
